How can I reconfigure a workspace after a fail install?

I want to re-initialize the setup procedure of configurator but encounter some problem

I do the following

1.UnregisterExtension Horizon workspace from vCenter

   Log in to this URL as a vCenter administrator at #https://vcenterFQDN/mob/?moid=ExtensionManager.

   I found only one extension 's description call Horizon Workspace VC Extension,and press invoke method to delete this only.

2. shut down the original workspace VA, start the configurator of new VA.

    The new VA use the same  IP address assignment as the original one.

3. Open the configurator console of new workspace VA, but it says "IP configured more then once "

Should I delete the original VA ? or any other step to reconfigure the Configurator.?
