Ubuntu 13.04 - Shared directories problem

I was notified that there was a new upgrade for ubuntu on my host server vm.  After upgrading I no longer have hgfs mounts.  I re-installed tools and still no luck.  Anyone else experiencing the same?  Anyone know a work around?
